The man that works there was extremely helpful and nice. Also very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms. My advice only is you get what you pay for and for the price it's perfect for anyones pockets. I have stayed in worse motels around Oakland and those rooms charge 80 -100 dollars for there rooms. Also across the street at the liquor store there might be a change the local neighborhood is hanging outside the liquor store listening to extremely loud music. And the constant sound of the neighborhood motorcycles that sound like there just driving in circles. I have been coming here off and on for years and I will keep coming as long as they keep their awesome prices rooms. Thank you
