Please rinse all sand thoroughly with hose before entering house. Please turn the hose and outdoor shower off after use.
Please ensure all windows and doors are closed before you turn on AC, Please do not lower below 71 degrees in the summer.
No climbing or sitting on the railings. Please no dogs on the furniture. If you crate your dog at home when you leave the house, please do the same.
