"Everything was Excellent "

"Bed bug infestation. Found immediately upon arrival. I showed video evidence to the staff and they offered a 25% refund— we didn’t even spend 5 minutes here, let alone a night. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid staying here at all costs. Will be reporting to the health authorities. Based on other reviews and guests staying there at the same time, this is clearly not a one-off. They should be closed down "

"The guest room is looking a bit worn around the edges. It's not shabby or run down but definitely starting to show signs of wear. Comfortable bed, pretty quiet. Convenient neighborhood, especially to the Blue, Silver and Orange lines on the Metro. Walkable to the National Mall or Dupont Circle or beyond."

"The hotel is far from luxury, for 100$ more we could’ve stayed at st Regis. Big mistake. We only picked this hotel for the reason of being a landmark hotel but pictures are decieving. Everyone should be aware that the hotel is only one of the buldings in the picture the other building looked like it was some sort of aid which affects the crowd in the restaurant. The staff are friendly but front desk wasn’t so much of a help Valet guy AK was amazing he was the best part of the hotel. They check us into a room where it might have been a corner room and it was tight for a superior deluxe king room it felt way overrated "

"The location is ideal! A lot of restaurants very close and walkable distance for the tourists places. Clean and nice rooms. The staff was very friendly and communicative. Although for the end of the season (winter) the city does not allow the hotel to use heat they provide us a couple of warmers and solve the problem. There are parking spots at the property. My family wanted to stay again ! "
