"Staff weren't knowledgeable of checkout system and automatic messages. Didn't notify me in a properly or timely matter and was prepared to charge me extra for a system error on their part. I had to ensure courtesy and grace were going to be provided so not to make them charge me extra. Pretty much, they were trying to blame me for something that wasn't my fault."

"Fancy name but not to fancy location and service. Would not have selected this hotel as they do not have valet parking or onsite parking. The room was stuff and could not rest well on the mattress. "

"No thwre was no kitchen. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was hair everywhere. The shower water went down slow. No real light by the jetted tub. Everything was old. And the room smelled. the breakfast was awful. 2nd day breakfast area didnt look like it had been cleaned. Only thing that looked pleasing was the courtyard. Outside doors the locks didnt work. Floor by the shower and tub were dented in. And the breakfast area was FREEZZING COLD!!!! Definitely would not recommend....they have a lot of work to do with this property"

"Modern and stylish room only a short walk away from many attractions and amenities. Spacious high ceiling and lots of floor space! Staff was always friendly and very accommodating. The room did take some time to cool down, but that's a given. Will absolutely book here again on our next trip."

"The place is clean. But it’s definitely a different vibe than the pictures. Staff wasn’t rude but didn’t go out of their way to help me or anything. Stayed on my own and had to park car and bring luggage around by myself. And then had the security guard joke that the buckingham wing my room was in is the haunted section…. I know the hotel has a reputation of being haunted but to tell a girl that’s obviously by herself? I was too freaked out to sleep the entire first night I stayed."

"Ceiling of bathroom was peeling and the hair rinse was out of battle dispenser. I was expecting coffee or hot water dispenser in room but no and there’s no complimentary water either."
