This property is conveniently located near the center of Oak Bluffs and with many great restaurant and out door activity, all within walking distance from the property. You can also walk to different fast ferry terminals to visit Nantucket, Falmouth or Rhode Island. If you like water sport, you can rent jet ski, paddle board from one of the rental which is located one block away from the property. There is public fishing pier located directly across from the property or you can go fishing with one of the party boats. Many beautiful beaches on the island can be reached within minutes.

Fantastic location right on the water and just steps to the ferry and shops and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! Would definitely return if we’re in Martha’s Vineyard again.

Which I could have stayed longer. Perfectly advertised. In fact it’s better in person. Large, pristeen, modern 1 bedroom, with amazing view of the harbor- across the street from the Oak Bluffs ferry and next to my fav restaurant Lookout Tavern. Very responsive property manager.

This condo is a minimalist dream but bring your own toiletries; soap, shampoo, etc. Location is amazing. All the basics but limited on a few things. Forks, spoons, etc. Communication with host took a minute but once we were in contact things were fine. I loved it. Would stay again.

We have stayed before and will again. Amazing location could not be any better. If you love a perfect sunrise or to people watch this is the place for you. The bed was comfy and rooms were very clean. We needed to talk to the owner and conveniently found him right downstairs. There are pay laundry machines that you share with neighbors. So convenient to restaurants and ferry. We took the fast ferry from New Bedford which lands right across the street. We love Dockside beach and to watch the ferries come and go.

Pros: Very clean, great view. Cons: the couch is said to be a queen that sleep 2, it is VERY uncomfortable for sleeping. There were no towels in the bathroom or kitchen which was REALLY inconvenient since there was a terrible storm amd water was flooding in from the patio doors in the living room. I spent the evening mopping up water to keep it away from our sleeping area

This property is clean and located in an exceptional location although it is very sparse in furnishings. There is no table in the living room to rest a drink or place your items while watching TV and the TV is very low so you feel like you are looking down. The sofa is not very comfortable and it’s cumbersome to bring your own towels. However, it’s still good for a quick stay.

Oak Bluffs Apartment

Property was new and in good condition and location was very good for a stay at Oak Bluffs. Check in time was late in the day, 5:00 with no considerations to check in earlier. The amenities were scarce. When we arrived, there was only one set of towels and only hand soap for 4 people. When we requested additional supplies we were given 2 more sets of towels and a couple of bars of soap. The pull-out bed that was to accommodate two additional people not staying in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. Frankly speaking, you could find better places to stay on the island.

The pro’s: steps from the ferry terminal, carousel, shopping, restaurants, beach, gingerbread houses, and more! Spotlessly clean. Everything in working order. Very cute! Detailed and clear instructions were sent to email and text. The con’s: listing said sleeps four, but beyond the king size bed, there is only one couch that I wouldn’t count as a pullout. The listing should say sleeps two plus a couch. There were only bath towels for two people, and no beach towels. I texted and left a voicemail with two simple questions and did not receive a reply. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but with only two people next time.

Lacking….

The location of the apartment is super convenient for ferry, rentals, beach, bus, dining, & shopping. It’s new and clean, but there are some points to be aware of. It’s right next to a busy Tavern, so there is foot traffic in the area, but the noise from the Tavern was not a problem. The kitchen is very sparse. Not even enough utensils for our group of three. Any cooking, other than reheating can be a challenge. There was 1 set of bath towels provided, but no hand towels, or beach towels. I emailed the owner several times to ask about sleeping on the couch, but I never got a reply. The couch is not a sofa bed, and more than one adult, would be tight. The walls of the apartment are paper thin & you can hear your neighbors, like they are in the same apartment. Which is a problem if they have crying babies, or loud kids who wake up early. The laundry machine, which is in a shared hallway, cost $3 per load to wash and $3 per load to dry. There is no soap provided-not even hand soap, or dishwasher soap. If you bring what the apartment is lacking, enjoy the views and the sights of MV.

The unit is clean and conveniently located with a nice view of the ocean. Convenient for a short last minute stay.There were no towels whatsoever - make sure you bring some if you'd like to shower.Expect some street noise due to proximity to the bar next door (which has great food).
