Very cute Inn and very well situated.
However the bed wasn't very comfortable, very hard. And the shower head was sooo powerful it would flood the bathroom every time. Would I stay there again? Yes.

The location was perfect - only 3 blocks from Eaton Centre where we were fine with walking but thrilled to use the streetcar that was just at the corner. We didn’t plan on cooking so having Starbucks in the next building, Tim Hortons across the street and a lil cafe as well, made the stay more enjoyable. We felt completely at home; everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. We will certainly return when we visit Toronto again!!

The Windsor Hotel requires major renovation and upgrade.
One of the two elevators did not work the entire five days I was there. The F&B is very poor and the F&B service none existence.
The concierge was helpful and so was the front desk, but the housekeeping was poor and unreliable.
I would not stay there again unless there would be a major renovation and improvement in housekeeping and F&B.
