This spacious holiday home of 117 m² offers a unique combination of sea and nature. Here you stay with a direct view over the Great Belt and only 100 metres from the beach. On the opposite side of the house, the landscape opens up towards a peaceful meadow area with free-roaming animals.



The house has one bedroom with two sleeping places, so up to two people can enjoy the holiday together. In the basement you will also find a sofa for relaxing and a study that is suitable for gaming or other activities. The interior is simple and functional, and both the garden and the terrace invite you to relax and enjoy cosy meals outdoors.



The area offers many holiday qualities. The child-friendly beach is ideal for swimming, walks and fishing. There are great opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding and other water activities. A modern padel court is located nearby, and just 2 km away you will find a well-kept golf course.



The town of Nyborg, only a few kilometres away, has cafés, restaurants and historic sights such as Nyborg Castle. There are also opportunities for cycling and hiking in the surrounding countryside. Here, experiences and relaxation are combined in the best possible way.



The terrace is partially covered and faces the garden, so you can enjoy the view in all kinds of weather and watch the sun set in the evening. From the house, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Great Belt if you are up early.



An ideal base for a relaxing holiday in East Funen, where you can both withdraw and explore the many offerings of the area. Energy (electricity) is not included in the price and is charged according to consumption based on meter readings. See the price per kWh when booking.
