Nice town old fashioned

Very dated property in need of some tlc. Windows single glazed and very draughty . On arrival nice greeting shown to room which was very cold and musty smelling constant dog barking out the back after one hour we asked to change rooms this was no problem. Room was similar but a little warmer We made the best of it as only here one night. We had to have an early night around 9pm as going Horton plains at 5.30am a very noise group arrived around 9.30pm and were very very loud till very late and felt the fact that they were in the communal area affecting everyone that the management should asked for quietness or consideration of other guests. Thank you for the takeaway breakfast that was provided.
