"I liked the fact that this not a run of the mill motel
It also reminded me so much of the house I lived in from 1959 - 62, not far away at Allesley (sadly gone).This was owned by Jaguar Cars to accommodate student apprentices.
We were amazed by the old fireplace in the sitting room, part of one of the old City gates."
