The cottage is located in downtown Nuits-St-Georges, famous for its wines. The apartments, which have been renovated are upstairs overlooking the Belfry and the Republic Square. The location is ideal because it is a semi-pedestrian area, so quiet, with parking 50 meters. Bright living / dining room with integrated kitchen, sofa bed 160x190. A room (2 beds 90 x 200 combinable) with room of water. Separate WC. Heating and electricity included. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included in the price. Parking nearby. All shops and restaurants at the foot of the house. Bicycle rentals at 50m.
Nuits-Saint-Georges owes its fame to its wines, its location between Dijon and Beaune (famous for its Hospices), its Grands Crus route allows many visits to wineries, is less than 6 km from the Château du Clos Vougeot, and allows gastronomic, cultural and sporting activities in the Burgundy vineyard.

Très bien situé

Logement très bien situé avec vue sur la place et beffroi. Suffisamment de l’espace et propre. Toutefois un effort d’aménagement serait nécessaire pour le rendre confortable : pas vraiment de coin séjour quand l’espace le permet - canapé inutilisable à cause de son siège, pas de source de lumière pour lire..., pas de tablette ni meuble pour poser des affaires dans la salle d’eau, armoire ouverte..). Bon potentiel mais le prix est vraiment en décalage par rapport à la prestation . Accès par espace poubelles assez désagréable malgré le charme potentiel de l’escalier ancien à vis (à sécuriser, pas de rampe)
