「Horrible el trato por parte de la empresa después de coger una oferta y ponerme 1001 pegas para darme el check in」

「Más plazas deberia de haber. Llegamos 14:00h y la entrada era a las 13:00h, pero todavia no estaba listo la habitación para entrarnos. Todo el resto ha sido muy agradable y mejor que lo esperado.」

「Las fotos se ve muy bonito, pero la habitación que nos tocó era mas vieja,le falta mantenimiento a este hotel, y cambiar colchones.Pero por el precio que tiene pues no esta mal para una noche, descansar y seguir la ruta.」

「ホスタルに入るためのパスコードを、50メートル離れた本館でもらわなくてはいけない、ということが分かりにくく、ホスタルの隣のプルペリアの人に尋ねてやっとわかりました。 本館の人の対応は非常にフレンドリーでよかったです。 ホスタルにはエレベーターがなく、重いスーツケースを持って階段を上がらなくてはいけませんでした。 部屋はとても綺麗で、同じフロアに自動販売機があるなはとても助かりました。」

「Truly amazing location. I cannot believe the views, the sunset, how easy everything was.」

「The property is quirky but well located and maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the owner was surly, abrupt and grumpy. My visit appeared to be an inconvenience to him and he made no attempt to smile or provide assistance. While recognising that it is not his fault that I cannot speak Spanish, long diatribes in his local language when it was clear I could not understand a word he was saying was unhelpful. I felt like a naughty school child. I definitely would not return.」
