Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it!

The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), the Church of St. Donat (9th century), the Church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (12th-13th century), parts of the defence walls ... Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).

Zadar offers beaches, historical architecture, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine.

The national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Telaica, Paklenica) are also nearby. Nearby is the river Zrmanja, which is famous for rafting.
