Upea vanhanajan hotelli kaupungin yllä

Näkymä joen yli keskustaan oli mitä parhain ja sijainti kaunis ja rauhallinen.Hotellin ympäristössä asui 4 kissaa, jotka saattelivat aina matkalaiset somasti. Hotelli oli erittäin vanhanaikainen, mutta upea ja ylellinen. Aulabaarissa kannattaa nauttia hyvät drinkit ja olla osa historiaa.

Super hotel in historic location with great views.

This is a fantastic hotel, within the old fortress at Novi Sad and with amazing views over the Danube and the city. A little bit away from the main town centre, but taxis are cheap by UK standards and with four restaurants inside the fortress you don't have to trek into town for the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful - printed off our boarding passes from online checkin for example. The double rooms on the first floor are more expensive but better rooms, the cheaper rooms on the second floor are in the attic (old servants quarters no doubt), comfortable but lack the views and ambience. A few niggles: several of our group had problems with the Air-con; the water temperature in the shower in my room did not stay constant at all; and they charged EUR5 for losing a plastic card-key - which for a EUR100 per night hotel is a bit much. But overall, the best place in town if you can afford it.

Excellent place inside the fortress of Novi Sad

Perfect place, very nice staf, fantastic views, free parking, very rich and nice breakfast buffett. I'll be back again. Very reasonable price booking via hotels.com

Great stay and location

Nice hotel located in a hill that overlooks the Danube river. Close to the town Center although no local shop available. Room with river view was big enough and hotel very quiet. You feel as if you are in a castle.

Заказали услуги СПА к 8 часам утра. В это время сауна была ещё не включена. Это не помешало включить в счёт дополнительные 40 Евро. Завтраки не выдерживают никакой критики. Ни по ассортименту, ни по качеству. Стандартные номера маленькие, под крышей, плохо обогревается. В душевой вообще был холод. Нет шампуня и душ-геля, вообще ничего. Все члены семьи были разочарованы.

Although the rooms are small, they are clean and have all the amenities anyone would need. Staff at reception and in the restaurants were extremely friendly and helpful.

Stay in the 2nd largest fortress in Europe

I pulled up to the fortress and was surprised to drive through the fortifications to park at the hotel inside the fortress. The rooms have beautiful views of Novi Sad which is an easy 15-20 min walk across the bridge. Nightime is lovely walking & dining on the ramparts with musicians playing the night we were there. Service was wonderful.

Wonderful hotel in Theresian fortres

Great area above Danube river and City of Novi Sad. Excellent interiors and view. Good restaurants arround, a place I recommend to visit. Very calm arround, good parking option.

Da wir zur zeit des exitfestivals dort waren, mussten wir unsere koffer 2km hinauf tragen.. es gab keinen pickup service vom hotel. Auch den weg zurück durften wir laufen. Wir mussten 4 mal nachfragen um unsere betten zusammenzuschieben. Am letzten abend hatte es das personal dann tatsächlich noch hingekriegt... Das einzige das schön war, war die aussicht. Auf getränke/essen/rechnung könnt ihr locker 1 stunde warten, obwohl das restaurant praktisch leer war.. ungenügend für ein 4sternhotel. Ich empfehle im stadtzentrum zu buchen, preis/leistung dort ist um einiges besser.

Good hotel but small rooms for a 5 star...

Location isn't that close to center (not at your doorstep) but next to the river. Arrived evening, hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit too small for a 5 star hotel, and for a much cheaper price you can stay to hotel Centar (very central location) which has much better rooms and facilities. Bit norther you have hotel Park as another great option. Given the options available in Novi Sad I wouldn't have it as a first option, but still a fair one.

19th century hotel on Petrovaradin fortress

Hotel was in historic part of city of Novi Sad, accross the river. Rooms were in style of 19th century, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, mostly Serbian cousine. Three good restaurants just a walk away from the hotel entrance. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would definetely recommend to other travellers.

The gem of Novi Sad!

Wow!!!!!!!!! To have the honor and privelage to stay in the most iconic site of Novi Sad and overlook the entire city was humbling. The hotel is as five star as they come - beautiful, graceful and amazing staff to compliment it all. I am fortunate to travel to Novi Sad regularly and one thing is for absolute certain - I will never stay anywhere else!
