An airy, second-floor apartment in a lovely beachfront resort, which makes a wonderful holiday home for families or friends. The apartment sleeps 5 people and offers uninterrupted sea views.
A glass door in the main living area opens directly onto a private balcony, which acts as an extension to the apartment, as it is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a tempting spot for sundowners or relaxing meals al fresco. Back inside, the sitting area has a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen/dinner which is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and american style coffee machine.
In addition to the swimming pool and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, there is also a waterside restaurant on site. Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.

Bedroom 1: Tucked under the wooden eaves is the master bedroom which has a king-sized double bed, a single bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a king-sized double bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: This independent, marble-tiled, bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

Location
The resort is located right on the shores of a beautiful bay, with panoramic views. It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer. If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing. Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking around remote coves.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back 1000’s of years thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate. There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés. The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.
