Felt more like a one bedroom house rather than a hotel, had a kitchen, living room, TV, dining room bathroom, and bedroom on second floor.
Staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
I only stayed for a night but I would absolutely stay here again.

Room 109 is a good size and was clean.
Could do with a lamp or two.
TV was probably one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel room.

This is good clean secure accomodation, ideal as an economic place to rest your head. No luxuries but everything worked well. No soap provided, just one mini shower gel. Not a problem but just not what we expected so we had to buy once there.
It is also one of the few hotels offering twin rooms and parking. Not everyone travels with a sleeping partner and I am bemused that so often only doubles are on offer.

Hotel is very basic but clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful. The only problem was they tried to charge extra money until i showed proof of the rate given by hotels.com

The staff are very helpful and friendly, thank you. It felt unsafe as many young people were standing in the car park/ entrance smoking and chatting. It was quite noisy during the early hours? Very limited facilities eg 1 cup each little Tea/coffee.
The check in was easy enough and the lady on the desk was welcoming and friendly. There was a fusty smell throughout the corridors. The room comprised of a hallway that lead to a kitchen which led to the bathroom and the bedroom. The only heated rooms were the bedroom and the hallway. The kitchen smelt of cigarette smoke and was really cold the bathroom was also very cold and smelt damp. The bed was comfy slid across the floor and moved easily on several occasions my bed had moved away from the head board and my pillow fell down the back of the bed which led to a night of broken sleep that ended just before 6 am when someone in the courtyard below decided to drag a biffer bin loudly across the yard creating a lot of noise in the process.
When attempting to shower, the water pressure was non existent and the temperature of the shower was freezing and eventually became luke warm after several minutes waiting to see if it would get any warmer. My room had no towels upon arrival resulting in a trip down several flights of stairs and venturing through the smelly corridors to retrieve the towels. I am not sure whether the room had been thoroughly serviced before I arrived the floor had definitely not recently been vacuumed and there was a mysterious sticky patch right next to the bed. For the price I expected basic. I did not expect poor amenities and unclean facilities. Needless to say I left as soon as I got dressed and would not return or recommend to others.
Went to my room TV had no connection The carpets were dirty no curtains daylight at 4 o’clock in the morning shower was good but couldn’t use it because the door was locked and they couldn’t get anyone to unlock it so didn’t even have a toilet but I have four beds I could make a cup of tea, but didn’t bother Because I couldn’t get into the bathroom during the night. Plus Big damp patch on the ceiling heating didn’t work. I would like to give this property a 1 out of 10 but I don’t think I can. I’m gonna have to give it zero. I paid £90. I think it’s worth £5 The place was filthy when I rung up to complain all I got was we’re very sorry. The bathroom door did open after you left when the maintenance man arrived to repair it. I never complain but please please everybody do not Stay here one night was too long. I would like to go on and on and on, but I better stop.

Disliked: Amenities
The staff we good and the room was ok, the mattress on the bed was very poor. the other cliental guests were very rough, they were clearly living fulltime in the hotel on some kind of government payment scheme. i will not stay there again.
The reception staff were ok, friendly and doing their job. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The corners of the rooms were very dusty and dirty, including the bathroom.
The kitchen was unuseable. There was no cutlery or crockery, or glasses, and the oven was covered in spilled food. The microwave was rusted out and unusable.
However the bed linen was clean and the twin beds were comfortable.
The TV was fixed high up on the wall, with not many stations to watch, and the chairs were very uncomfortable.
The shops were not near enough to walk to.
The parking was in front of the building so the vehicle was safe.
This is not a hotel, it is a temporary accommodation building.
It should not be advertised as a hotel.
I believe everyone needs somewhere to live but do not advertise this as a hotel.
