Perfect accommodation close to Nottingham Arena.

This was a great choice of accommodation as a stop-over whilst attending an event at the Nottingham Arena. It's just a few minutes walk to the venue and includes a secure car parking space in the basement. The apartment is in good condition and is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and good quality furniture throughout. The small kitchen is adequately equipped. Would recommend.

Mixed thoughts .......

The apartment was clean and modern and brilliantly placed for accessing the city. It is less than ten minutes walk from the Central Square. However, there were some issues which lead to us being disappointed and leaving a day early. I must make it clear that these comments relate only to apartment 81. Apartment 81 is nothing like the picture shown. The living and dining space is much smaller than illustrated and the sofas are very basic and extremely uncomfortable. They are very small and very hard. It was not possible to sit and relax whilst watching TV in the evening. One had a rear leg missing and was propped up on a box. Unfortunately, the whole apartment block is very noisy and in this flat, which is half below ground level, internal and external noises are very apparent. The beds themselves were very comfortable but our bed had no mattress or pillow protectors and the bottom sheet was too small to be tucked in resulting in the sheet 'rucking' up and preventing a comfortable nights sleep. One pillow case was torn along one edge. Smaller things like loose door handles and no bulbs in lamps simply added to our disappointment.With just a little thought and effort, this apartment could be made so much nicer to stay in. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked utensil wise and had a complimentary supply of coffee, tea, biscuits and milk etc. An allocated parking space is a great bonus. We did enjoy our stay but the noise and uncomfortable furniture beat us. Sorry

Good location but fair service

Generally our stay is okay. However, here are few points we would like the service to improve. Firstly, when we arrive the apartment there were only half roll of toilet paper in both toilets and there were no any spare one that we could use, which was very annoying and inconvenience. Secondly, we were trying to use the washing machine until we saw the powder place (top left of the washing machine) were full of mold, which stopped us to use the washing machine. Lastly, the instruction booklet written there will be shampoo, shower gel provide, unfortunately none of these were provided. The above were our experience of the stay, I hope these could help you to improve your service in the future. Thank you for your attention.

Aufenthalt mit Anlaufschwierigkeiten

Obwohl ich das Habitat I schon 8 Monate vor meinem Aufenthalt gebucht habe wurde ich ohne Informationen auf ein anderes Appartement umgebucht, das anstatt 2 min 20 min von der Motorpoint Arena entfernt ist. Was mich dabei sehr verärgert hat war, dass ich nicht vorab informiert wurde. Denn ich hatte es deshalb gebucht weil es so nah an der Motorpoint Arena gelegen ist, da wir zu einem Konzert gefahren sind. Von daher kann ich keine Bewertung über dieses Appartement an sich abgeben. Das andere Appartement am Rope Walk war sehr schön eingerichtet und alles nötige vorhanden. Was ich positiv hervorzuheben möchte ist die Kontaktaufnahme. Ich habe jederzeit und sofort einen Ansprechpartner per mail oder per Telefon erreicht und zudem waren sie sehr bemüht. Ich habe nicht aufgezeichnet vergeben, da ich nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekommen habe. Das Ersatz Appartement war sehr schön und die Lage eigentlich sehr gut. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz Anlaufschwierigkeiten sehr genossen.

Truly an amazing place to stay a real home from home. Lovely bedding and comfortable beds, great kitchen and lounge area. Cannot fault this place and would happily book time and time again
