Quiet studio in the Centre of Nottingham

A modern studio in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Nottingham City, 100 m from the Victoria Centre, 200 m from Market square. Close to tram, bus, train and Euro car park. It is equipped with a high specification kitchen including AEG hob, washer / dryer, fridge with ice box and grill microwave. It has a double bed, small sofa, 4k smart Samsung 40" TV swivel mounted, fast internet, bar table with leather bar stools. Lucy the caretaker lives nearby and is able to advise on everything! This grade 2 listed building was converted to studios in 2016 and in the Local Authority Building Control Awards for the East Midlands in 2017 came second in the category "Best change of use of an existing building." It has a sprinkler system, whole house ventilation, double glazing, thermostatic heat control, 2 ethernet points as an alternative to wifi and smoke alarm. Lucy the caretaker is lives very close by and her phone number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). It is 100m from the Victoria Shopping Centre, 100m from Market Square and close to all public transport. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, including hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. There is a double bed with ensuite bathroom. The living area has a bar table, bar stools and smart 40" TV. The flat has fast wifi internet and there is fast and flexible check in using the key safe. The studio is to the rear of the building and therefore quieter than those at the front. There are a huge number of buses within 100m going all over the city. There is a taxi rank at the side of the Victoria centre 150m. The Euro Upper Parliament Street Car Park is 150m. The closest tram is Royal Centre 100m. It connects with the train station which is 1000m. Trent bridge cricket ground, Nottingham Forest and Nottingham City football grounds are 2-3 miles to the south of the city and are best reached by bus or taxi.

Lovely little space

Nice space, perfect for my needs as I was out most of the time at a conference. Great area, lots of shops, places to eat and transport options. I would definitely stay there again.
