This is a nice place in a great location if you have a car, which we did. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and room. The staff were very helpful. We will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Well located (at the top of a big hill!) and good location as a base to see all the sites in South East of Sicily. Beautifully decorated and friendly staff. Twice weekly local dinner on site and lovely breakfast available daily (at extra charge). Weather wasn’t great for us so didn’t make use of all of the pool / outdoor facilities, but great to have the option!

The staff are lovely from first arriving and being greeted by name before saying anything to speaking with the property owner everyone was easy to speak to and very helpful. Definitely a hidden gem of a property, it was clean and modern with a rustic touch. The pool and poolside was relaxing and having an apartment facing the setting sun was the icing on the cake. Beautiful place, extremely happy in this booking.

Quiet and relaxing Masseria near Noto

Quiet relaxing stay at this newly refurbished Masseria. The staff were particularly helpful - especially Giuseppe and Marielena. Stylish rooms, lovely relaxing pool, quiet locale, no intrusions, friendly service by the pool, healthy tasty breakfasts. Lots of interesting places within an hour or do drive. All in all a very pleasant soggiorno.

Wij vonden het een prachtig en ruim appartement. Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Wij hadden appartement ‘laboratorio’ en die tuin heeft de hele dag zon. Het zwembad was heerlijk verkoelend en mooi schoon. Het personeel, echt iedereen, was heel lief en vriendelijk. Ook de dames van de schoonmaak, die mogen zeker niet vergeten worden want iedere dag werd het schoongemaakt. We hebben ook 1x gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt én 1x van het diner. Dat laatste was subliem! Joseppe is een geweldige chef!

Personal war super nett. Es ist total ruhig und hat eine schöne Lage. Wir haben Familien Suite gehabt, jede hat genug Platz aber am Abend haben wir mehr Lampen gebraucht. Gerade bei der Küche und Esstisch hat Beleuchtung gefehlt. Nächste Problem war im Badezimmer, in der Dusche mussten wir alle Duschgels und Schampon auf den Boden stellen müssen, weil da keine Halterung war. Das war ärgerlich. Die Toilette sollten sie auch reparieren.

Una chicca in Sicilia

Location molto bella, nel cuore della Sicilia, comodissima per raggiungere sia le località' di mare che quelle storiche. Camere ampie con tutti i confort necessari. Un plauso al personale sempre preciso e disponibile. Un plus e' la possibilita' di avere posti riservati presso la spiaggia di Carratois al Pura Vida. Colazione assolutamente da prenotare. Bravi davvero.

Schöne Anlage, aber viel Verbesserungspotential

Die Anlage und der Poolbereich sind wirklich wunderschön und die Zimmer gross und sehr geräumig. Die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang oder beim Frühstück waren sehr herzlich. Leider war unser Geschirrspüler defekt, so dass mehrfach Handwerker in unserem Zimmer waren, ohne dass sich etwas verbessert hat. Dadurch mussten wir das Geschirr mehrfach von Hand sowie den nassen Boden reinigen. Am letzten Tag standen dann noch 3 Handwerker mit schmutzigen Schuhen und ohne Voranmeldung in unserem Zimmer. Der gesamte Boden war schmutzig und ein Teil der Küchenfeont entfernt und lag auf dem Boden, was mit unserem Kleinkind nicht gerade toll war. Es gab leider keinen Preisnachlass oder ähnliches. Unser Zimmer war während des gesamten Aufenthalts zudem sehr feucht, wobei auch die Klimaanlage nicht helfen konnte. Der Spielplatz wäre für Kinder wirklich toll. Jedoch scheint seit Längerem nichts mehr gemacht worden zu sein: Überall hohes Gras und Gebüsch und viele Ameisennester, wodurch das Spielen unangenehm wurde.

Nous recherchions un hôtel au calme et nous avons été très déçus car les chambres étaient très mal isolées, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le logement d’à côté. Les logements sont situés autour d’une place intérieure, on avait l’impression d’être dans une cour d’école car beaucoup de familles avec des enfants en bas âge. Petit déjeuner excessif à 25 € par personne et l’hôtesse d’accueil, pas très agréable…Dommage que ce ne soit pas un adult only !

Superb quiet rural getaway.

Absolutely charming. Lovely staff, great food, relaxed atmosphere, huge room with private garden. Lovely garden surrounds & quiet. Perfect way to relax & short drive to some gems & stunning restaurant recommendations. 2 nights was not long enough.

Wat een heerlijke Masseria! Slechts 20 min van Noto en 7 min van het dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje Rosselini verwijderd. Bij de receptie hebben ze een lijst met heerlijke restaurants in de omgeving Bovenop een heuvel dus verzekerd van een lekker windje en heerlijk rustig. Onze kamer was boven verwachting mooi en super comfortabel met een heerlijke tuin met ligstoelen en een zitje en onze kamer had prachtig uitzicht op Noto en zelfs een Prive jacuzzi. Een groot zwembad met poolbar waar je drankjes en wat kleine gerechtjes kan bestellen en genoeg ligbedden en voldoende schaduw. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel Italiaanse families met kinderen dus niet altijd even rustig aan het zwembad maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Kortom, deze Masseria kan ik zeer aanbevelen en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Ragusa, Syracuse, Noto, Modica en Scicli.

Prachtige locatie en wonderschone omgeving. We hadden een zeer ruime studio met tuin en zicht op speeltuin en zwembad. De tuin was zeer smaakvol met oa olijfbomen, citrusvruchten, rozen en jasmijn. Er was veel ruimte, stijl en rust. En dat terwijl kids gewoon konden spelen. Ideaal voor een gezin. En wandelen in de cavagrande (super mooie kloof met meertjes - actieve en zeer kooie wandeling) is binnen 30 mns te bereiken. Het leuke plaatsje Noto ook dichtbij. En heerlijk ontbijt.
