Room clean. Staff was friendly. However, elevator not working during stay was a downside and it was hard to take a HOT shower. At best the water was lukewarm. Poor cell reception could only use phone on WiFi but that even would drop calls. Unfortunately, if I have a choice on hotel stay next time ...

I had room 415 and while it was fine overall, when entering the room, there was quite a strong unpleasant odor, something I have never experienced ...
