Fishing is available from the quay heading within the garden (seasonal licence required) and with many types of fish to be caught. Brundall lies on the southern rivers of the Norfolk Broads National Park; from here you can explore the miles of waterways, having the opportunity to enjoy many waterside eateries.

Within 30 minutes you could be in Great Yarmouth, enjoying the promenade and the sandy beach or alternatively spending time in the fine city of Norwich with its cathedral, museum, theatres, excellent shopping, and array of cafes and restaurants.
