"Club house not very welcoming. Swimming pool was over run with members of the public and swimming lessons on the Saturday. Jacuzzi was out off action . Would have been nice to be for warned about Jacuzzi and swimming lessons/public using the facilities."

"There were no hand towels in the room. One toiler roll. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from previous guest. Towel rail did not work. They run out of white bread in the morning and only one kipper left for breakfast. Totally understaffed. Such a shame not a patch on the previous ..."
