The staff was extremely accommodating, it was marathon week so I understand things can be tough, my issues were with the room as a whole. The shower would leak into the bathroom and completely cover the floor and when I informed staff I was having flooding problems they said oh it’s the shower curtain as if it’s a common issue. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. Tv guide didn’t work so you get to play channel roulette. On the plus side staff was great and they provided cold drinks in the morning, ac works really well

Very clean rooms and I like tiled floor
Staffs are so friendly
Breakfast was excellent and it was very good food.
The complimentary breakfast really took the travel experience to a whole new level for travelers.

Hotel workers on strike, extremely loud demonstrations, no housekeeping, change of towels, no room
Service, 1 of 2 restaurants closed, charged 30$ a day for amenities I don't use, horrible breakfast for 50$, also no service, the gift store which sold water and beverages etc, always closed!! - seemed appropriate to warm guests ahead of time or discount the stay. We wanted and paid forfull service hotel for a reason.
