「We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere.
We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was...

「This property is exceptionally clean and updated in every way. Beautifully appointed. The setting is wonderful on beautiful Turkeyfoot Lake. Kayaking on the lake is great as it is a no-wake zone with no high-speed powerboats. Great place if you like to fish. I caught Perch, Catfish, and a huge 5lb Largemouth Bass. Lots of Ospreys, even a nest with young. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is just down the Interstate in Canton if you have a rainy morning. I also enjoyed biking on the Ohio &...

「This wonderful house was true to advertised. It was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tub, the sun room, and the fire pit. The scenery was beautiful and perfect for our ladies weekend! We also went to Dusty's for a pontoon rental and ordered from Tito's Mexican which was only 5 min away. The host was responsive and available as needed, but truly we didn't need anything while we were there. Would recommend to anyone desiring to stay on the Portage...

「"We had a great stay in Akron! The property was easy to find in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The driveway was easy to navigate and accommodated backing my trailer in without any issues. Accessing the home was seamless after communicating with the host. The first-floor space has a lot of unique 1900s charm and character—it's clean, well-maintained, and everything was functional. The bedrooms were ample-sized and provided plenty of room to relax and get a good night's rest. Overall, a solid,...
