Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay

"There are security guards posted everywhere, the room was clean and renovated but the hallway getting there was very worn and dirty, the pool was nice but hot tub closed and garbage left at tables around the pool area, people smoking cannabis right outside the front doors, and a dog howling and barking late into the evening. Overall very disappointed based on photos."

"There were a couple of problems. The shower to bath lever did not trigger the shower at all, there were no wash clothes that you had to go to the office for then we didn’t know that, there was no waste basket in the bathroom, there’s no controls for the air conditioning, and the layout of the room was very inconvenient. The staff was great."

"Clean room but a VERY small bathroom. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Cute neighbourhood but a bit scary after dark. Some restaurants within walking distance but everything closes up really early including the hotel restaurant so late check ins are hard pressed to find anywhere to eat."
