I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top..."

"We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. "
