"Room was clean and people were helpful. The girl at desk at night seemed a little unsure about some things. Smoke alarm went off Sunday AM and bfast was burnt. Yikes. Overall it was a descent stay. Lots of loud noises through the ceiling that usually happened only in the AM. Not sure what that was?? "

"Such a beautiful home ! It was prefect for our family trip to Chicago. We had our individual space and then enjoyed watching movies and having meals together in the dining room and kitchen. The hot tub was great! And we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and into the quaint town. "

"It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though."
