The front desk clerk was amazing she made sure I got what I wanted. They had me on the second floor when I requested the 4th floor. She did us one even better. We only went there for the pool and the big tub for my son . The jacuzzi part in the tub did not work. The pool was super cold due to it being shut down and no one told us about it. She extended our check out time so my son could enjoy more time in the pool. I wish I had her name but she made the stay much better for us

The room was nice except for the water damage in the ceiling (this is a worry for mold) and a rip in the curtain which makes me wonder how detailed they are in keeping the rooms updated and safe.
