「Rooms were clean and personal was very polite and friendly. The only downside the pool was closed but when we made our reservation we knew about this. I'm pretty sure when they are done with the renovations on the pool area will make it 10 times better 」

「It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.」

「Great location, clean and nice size rooms. Friendly staff. Housekeeping is very nice and does a great job. We plan on staying here every time we come down. Highly recommended!」

「徒歩で近くの大学を訪問するために予約しました。夜遅い到着で時間外のチェックインでしたが、フロントから電話で当直のスタッフがすぐに来て対応してくれました。ホテルの１階に朝食に最適な店があり利用しましたが、宿泊客共同で使える電子レンジがあればなお良しです。」

「Our stay was good and as expected for the most part. We just needed a place with two separate beds and a locking door.」

「Amazing stay as always. I did have to clean the filter on my AC out because it was so dusty & not blowing very well. Other than that, it’s my favorite stay in Hamilton. 」
