「The Inn at Shasta Lake was a quaint bed and breakfast located about 20 minutes outside of Redding. It was quiet and peaceful here. They allow pets in certain rooms which is nice if you're traveling with dogs! I enjoyed how communicative the staff were. If you needed something, you can text a number and they were on it! 「Staff was welcoming at check in. Room was very clean. The customer service was great! We left a ring behind and realized it a few hours out from the property. When I called, Helen was so helpful! She immediately went to check out the room, found the ring and will mail it to us, what a life saver!」

「The place is a unique setting with lots of flowers and a lovely pond, quite picturesque. It's a little gem and the grounds have been recently upgraded. Nice renovations and improvements. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent, the staff was cordial and friendly.」

「It was a good overnight stay. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was not bad at all. The location was very convenient because it was close to the freeway.」

There’s a restaurant next door which was incredibly convenient, food was decent. For the price, this place was perfect for me and my family. 「We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs. They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old.」

「5泊の滞在で、暖房の音が大きい、デジタル時計故障、部屋の異臭、ベッドシーツに大きな茶色いシミ、絨毯に大きな黒いシミ、メイドサービスなし(希望する時に来るとの事でした)、自動販売機故障(お金戻らず)、ベランダにタバコの吸い殻、トイレもきちんと流れず。クロゼットにハンガーなし。安いがひどかった。朝食は無料でビュッフェスタイルです。ワッフルが自分で焼けて美味しかった。隣接しているステーキレストランはお肉が大変美味しかったのでオススメですが、このホテルは2度と利用しません。 」
