"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "The staff is wonderful. We knew that the hotel was outside of the city. There is food served at the hotel and a few places to go around there. The Super U food store I very convenient to buy some tings. The only complaint I have is with the heavy duvets and no top sheets on the beds. We sweat during the night even with the windows open allowing cool September air to enter. "
