「とても楽しいファームスティです。夕食の食材を近くの町に買いにいったのですが、スーパーの品ぞろえが、いまひとつでした。でも、宿泊先の環境と設備は整っているので、最高です。」

「The wool classers shed was well appointed and very comfortable . A bit small for more than one nights stay but otherwise quite nice. The road in and the road through to St Helens is suitable for Toyota Landcruiser type vehicles but not for regular sedans, its riddled with corrugations. I guess that's our fault for not researching things before hand. But Icena farmhouse is comfortable and quiet.」

「great little farm stay with gettaway features however was a little difficult for those staying with mobility issues. Location was a little further away from places to do day trips but that was our bad on research. Also if health issues not a concern (they were here) a good all round stay. Needs some extra crockery and cutlery so you dont need to wash after each meal. The gent who stayed loved the cats and Alison was a great host!」

「We selected this property specifically for fishing opportunities as alluded to in the listing. No bites from any point of the river on property and only area easily accessible to the shallow river was the “beach” which is an embankment. Per host’s recommendation we drove off road (need FWD) approx 2 mi to another property access point-no fish. *We discovered Beauty Bay jetty in St Helen’s to be a wonderful fishing spot-<10 min drive.」

「レストランはないから食料持ち込みで自炊になるがガスやオーブンその他皿から鍋、スプーン、コップの類まで飲食に関する必需品はすべて揃えてある。近隣のホテルのレストランは利用できるが、飲んだらクルマには乗れないから呑み助には辛い。歩いても相当きついからシェフィールドかローズベリーでしっかり食料を買い込んでおかないとひもじい思いになりますよ。」
