"We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good.
However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper.
When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress topper to 2 single size topper would have solved the problem.
This was very disappointing, especially because we had specifically selected the twin-room option when making the reservation. Had I known in advance that a proper twin setup would not be provided, I would have booked a standard room at half the price instead."
