I cannot explain how incredibly satisfied we are after staying at this hotel. The New Years Eve event was also amazing and well coordinated. If we visit Bilbao again, we are certainly staying here once again.

Hotel ILUNION San Sebastian
Room was amazing with wraparound balcony and separate seating area which was perfect as we had to stay in with the dog due to the fireworks.

Hotel ILUNION San Mamés
Conveniently located next to the bus station and metro, the Illunion San Mamés is an excellent hotel: modern rooms, clean, and they have the best bidet toilets on the market. I spent 11 nights there, and you can't go wrong.

Staff was so kind! Hotel is on the hill, in the middle of the wood. One bus takes to the downtown, maybe 15 min ride.
