「If you want the true rocky point experience, this is a great place to stay. You are in the heart of malecon and basically on top of all of the best restaurants, shops and clubs. The house itself is in a great gated common area that felt safe and had plenty of areas to enjoy the weather from. This is how to experience the real rocky point vs a resort.」

「I love the property and it's our 1st choice for spring break. Everything was good and as advertised and good communication. My only complaint was the pans in the kitchen were old and didn't cook well, the fridge temp is not regulating so it froze some of the food and over all the condo is outdated but I think the price is low enough that it compensates for the lack of decor.」
