"We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable. Our room was delightful, brand new, all the amenities and more and a lovely relaxing spot. Have already recommended it to others and will be back again soon ourselves."

"The room was nice and big and the staff were great. However the cleaning was bad. Lipstick on cups, old hair and dust in the bathroom and the balcony was unusable due to the dirty condition of the deck, chairs and table. I stayed 4 nights and had to get my own clean towels and there was no rubbish removal from the room in all that time. Also the parking underneath was full of non resident cars. Most disappointing especially when out of 10 units only 2 cars were needed and there was no space on...
