「La chambre était propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais le frigo était douteux et il ne sentait pas bon. Pourquoi indiquer sur Expédia que ce sont des couettes en duvet d oie alors que ce n est qu un drap avec une simple couverture….? Il manque des lampes et tables de chevet près du lit ce n est pas pratique. La chambre familiale est spacieuse mais avec une déco très basique style dortoir. Nous avions pris des massages ce fut un moment agréable bien que la masseuse ne soit pas une...

「Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.」

「チェックインの際、予約がないと言われるトラブルがあった。 結局先方の確認ミスであったが、こういったミスは印象を悪くするので気を付けてもらいたい。 部屋は広く快適だが、コスタリカのホテルに共通してWiFiがフロント周辺でしかつながらない。 また、レストランは質が悪く使用しなかった。 向かいのステーキハウスはステーキ以外のメニューも含め、非常においしかった。 浴槽は広いが、お湯の量に限界があるのか20%ほど貯めると湯の温度が低下した。 温泉地だけに、この点は残念であった。」

「 A long and bumpy ride up to the lodge. As soon as you check in they force you to pay for breakfast as you are disoriented and tired from the ride. You are told you are not allowed to decide in the morning if you are even hungry. Paid for two for breakfast. In the morning only one could eat breakfast because the other was sick. Asked for a refund for the one, two weeks later never received it compensation. Also Couldn’t even open my balcony door because the outside smell of sewage. Paper thin...

「Please know that the beach Nandel faces is a kite surfing training area for some of the world elites. It is windy, most of the time. This keeps it cool and nice to sit at the beach and at the pool, no bugs. Tie your hat on... it is very windy.」
