「Staff」

「Nicely kept older hotel. Good staff. Room was clean and comfortable.」

「This is our go to place to stay in Elko, I love telling people about it because it’s a hidden gem!」

「Clean, comfortable & across the street from the only breakfast spot in town open at 6」

「The facility was great, staff friendly, rooms clean, and definitely a safe hotel where pets stay free. However, Elko’s a 24/7 industrial hub with constant road noise and was hard to sleep on the second floor, frontage rd facing. I bet first floor or back side would have been a better choice. Just in case, pack your earplugs…」

「First the TV did not work then after a long night of gambling and parting are keys did not work, not once but twice we had to go to the front desk to get them replaced.」

「Best price in town, discounts the longer you stay. Centered in a good location in town.」

「For a last minute stay it was okay for the price. The rooms were very dated and could use some maintenance. Fairly clean except for the hairball on side of tub. Clerk was polite and friendly.」
