"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The entrance to the hotel was hard to see until you passed it and ended back on the freeway. The breakfast was OK but the bacon was not edible."

"I booked my stay online and was never prompted to provide a credit card during the reservation process. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the property requires a card on file and that staff had allegedly attempted to contact me multiple times. However, I had no missed calls, voicemails, emails, or other messages indicating there was an issue with my reservation. Had I been successfully contacted, I would have gladly provided the requested information. Instead, I arrived after traveling only to be told that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate my stay. While I understand that hotels have policies regarding payment information, this situation appears to be the result of a breakdown in communication and reservation procedures. It was extremely frustrating to be left without a room despite having a confirmed booking. I would encourage the hotel to ensure that required payment information is collected during the online booking process or to use multiple methods of communication when attempting to reach guests about reservation issues."

"Older motel but cute and probably one of the cleanest I have stayed in. I like that they are pet friendly. The amenities were nice, especially the water to refill water bottles, but would be better if it could be accessible when staff is out of office. The only other thing is maybe changing the lighting above the bed to a softer lighting instead of super bright. Otherwise, great little place, the owner and staff are very friendly!"
