Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. There seemed to be some nail clippings on the carpet so the room could have been a little more clean. The door between the next hotel room is very thin and not sound proof. You could hear the next door neighbour. The person staying next door was very disruptive throughout the night and their tv waa on the entire time. The person kept swearing randomly all night, opening canned drinks so beware of interesting people staying. Other than that, it did the job of providing a roof over your head and a place to stay with a simple breakfast. Other than the interesting neighbour, i had a decent stay.

Nice room with fridge & microwave. Really nice easy chair was a bonus. Pet was $15/night. No grassy areas nearby for waking dogs, but given dog treats at check-in. Friendly reception. Good continental breakfast - cereal, waffles with all the fixings, hard boiled eggs, bagels & muffins. Good wifi. Centrally located. Found a candy wrapper next to the bed but otherwise clean. Bed was comfortable.

Very run down rooms. No scheduled maid service except once a week, and that’s only if you stay for an entire week, which I wouldn’t. I’m a nurse that works night shift and am used to sleeping during the day in hotels and my room was right next to a maintenance room. No one told me there would be any construction going on during my stay and the first day I tried to sleep all I heard on and off was what sounded like a table saw. I figured it was something that would be a one day thing, then it happened again the next day. I again thought, well they have to be done now since there is no visible construction going on anywhere. The third day it happened and so I checked out a day early. What I found out was that the maintenance room next to my room had a table saw in it and it’s where they do all the cutting for any room or building maintenance they need to do for the hotel. When I checked out a day early, I did so as I was leaving for work, making my check out time 5pm. I asked if they could reimburse me for the night and was told that they couldn’t due to me checking out so late (2 hours after their check in time of 3pm). I told them why I was checking out early, which is how I found out about the maintenance room and still, with all the inconvenience they caused, would not reimburse me for the night I wasn’t going to be there for. All in all. Not a place I would ever stay again and if I had one piece of advise for anyone else looking to stay there… STAY AWAY!!!

Convenient area with restaurants nearby, and it is reasonable for the area. Coeur d'Alene is just an expensive area, so the price was good for this area for what you get. the staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely some of the best I seen in some of my stays recently. The breakfast was clean and well-stocked. They had hard-boiled eggs at least, which was nice to have. Pretty standard for a continental breakfast. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though it is an old property, but unlike many places I stay, there were no weird smells in the room. It did not reek of weed as so many motel/hotels do now, which was nice. A nice place to stay for the price for the area, it felt welcoming, it was clean and comfortable, and that's really all I ask.
