For me its biggest asset was its location, only one block away from the cathedral. There was so much to do and see in that area, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. "Very nice, modern flat. Very close walking distance to center of old town. Near train tracks, but not so near as to be bothered by train noise. Building will be better when construction is complete, some small amount of construction noise during the work day. Would recommend to friends! Thanks!"
