Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen. 「Not great, first room looked like it was either in redo mode or in use, 2nd room was not much better. Door would not stay closed unless bolted, very few dishes, no toilet paper other than the 1/4 roll in the bathroom. Terrible furniture & TV. This is very basic accommodation at a premium price in my opinion. It was ok clean wise & staff was friendly, but that's about it. Not much to choose from in Chapleau, but I would not go back.」

「The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.」

「The check-in person barely spoke a word, definitely not friendly and welcoming. The use of actual keys instead of key cards was terrible as the keys barely fit the locks.We weren’t sure if the room was actually locked once inside and had to put someone in the hall to make sure. And no security lock inside. I had brought some luggage out in the morning and when I went back in I couldn’t get the main door key to work, the front desk person was right there listening to his loud music and watching...
