「We were in Tucumcari for a funeral The property was well maintained and clean ,the room was very nice and clean Breakfast was very good The staff was very nice and helpful The morning management shut off our keys 1/2 hr before check out we went to get ice for 2 quart ice chest and manager shut off ice maker so we couldn't get ice ,after that incident we decided not to stay a second night we had to fine another motel」

「My only complaint is, with spending the amount of money we do , it would be nice if the had a better grade utensil’s for eating the complimentary breakfast . The knife wouldn’t even cut through the waffles , and the forks would bend trying to stab your food !!!」

「Staff was always kind and attentive; no complaint there. Room was OK, although cleanliness wasn't up to standard: floor was gritty and had little blobs stuck to it; horizontal surfaces needed more wiping off; there were hairs in the bathroom. And although Wyndham has little signs everywhere calling their rooms "well-designed," beware: There is NO closet, NO clothes hangers, NO drawers, NO shelves -- nowhere to put anything! How is that "well-designed"?! But the padded bench under the window is...

「この宿は人を選ぶと思います。 宿にはコメツキムシや蚊、その他いくつかの虫がいました。 しかし、これは宿のロケーションを考えれば仕方がないことです。 周りは自然豊かで虫だらけで、玄関には手のひらからはみ出すような大きなカエルもいました。 そのため、虫がいるのは宿にとって不可抗力です。 エアコンやドアなどは調子が悪く、これはメンテナンスが必要かと思いました。 はい、問題点はこれだけです。 オーナーは素晴らしく優しく、部屋の掃除は極めて丁寧でした。 部屋は広くベッドは快適に過ごせました。 ものは古くとも綺麗でした。 トゥクムケアリの街は寂れていましたが、人々は優しく、宿から近くにあるLowe's Marketでは全ての店員が優しく快適を越える1晩を過ごすことが出来ました。 私はこの街にもう一度訪れたいです。」

「I expect a lot from Holiday Inn, and this facility on Santa Rosa did not disappoint. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. We had a great night of sleep, and a nice breakfast in the morning.」

「Staff was Great, breakfast was excellent, not your ordinary hotel breakfast. Staff on hand keeping the food selections fresh and hot. You must try the green chili sauce, very good. The only real issue is the property is close to the interstate and depending on your room location this could cause noise and we experienced vibrations. There is ample parking, however, if you are pulling a trailer or oversized vehicle you may need to park further away from the hotel then you might prefer.」

「部屋がかなり古いのでかなり汚く感じる。ドアに隙間があってオールナイトで虫が入ってきてた。朝起きてバスルームに虫の死骸が沢山あってビックリ。フロントの人の態度が凄く良かった。」
