The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. 「　予約したタイプの部屋よりアップグレードされた。オーナーが日本旅行で好意を持ったこととおそらくシーズン直前で空室が多かったためと思われる。Varna中心部から8kmほどの海岸沿いで車移動のため選択したけれど、バス便も十分あり、徒歩で行ける海岸沿いのバー、レストランとLidlの大型店があるので利便性も良い。」

「No one cleaned our apartment for the 3 nights visit 」

「It was very cheap but it was all brand new bedroom furniture, nice parquet flooring throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Gorgeous sea view. Ideal location for beach, seapark, city, monuments. However it is a culture shock. The staff didn't speak English, but then again us Brits should learn the lingo. However Bulgarian is a tricky language to master! We managed via Google translate! The staff wanted the payment the night before we left, which was new to me, but I paid the €120 by card which is an...
