Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…

Everything I needed in the single room, hair dryer, tea/coffee and biscuits provided. Good air conditioning, especially as it was very hot in London 30C, and a feather pillow was much appreciated - not many hotels have these now.

Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person. No staff on site and they didn’t answer when calling the only phone number available. I question the validity of the other reviews of this accommodation, just plain awful. I will be reading a chargeback with my card provider, absolutely appalling accommodation. I’d booked for my late teenage children, they stayed 15 minutes and I booked elsewhere as no response from accommodation. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Decent as a base for a weekend in London where we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Great location right next to Euston station and 3 different tube stations however not sound proof at all and sirens going past very regularly made for not a very peaceful nights sleep.
