"The first night there there were kids, no adults present running up and down the hall yelling, throwing balls, slamming doors till about 130 in the morning. Needless to say I got no sleep. Complained to front desk, others Complained too. Was told I would be compted for that night."

"The place was horrible. Do not go there. From the minute we parked our car the parking lot was filthy derelict hanging around. Even the staff behind the desk were slovenly. They put us in a handicap room the farthest away you could possibly get. In the middle of the night there was gun shootings outside the hotel. Do not stay here."

"The room was very clean and the room was comfortable. All of the staff were extremely kind. I do not eat breakfast at hotels unless I know I am not going to be able to eat for awhile. This breakfast was the best breakfast I have EVER EATEN at a hotel. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. They eggs were real and not from a carton. The manager was super engaging and friendly with everyone that came through the door."

"The hotel was very busy, loud, and crowded. The room that I booked was not available and I wasn’t properly accommodated so I asked to cancel the reservation with no charge/fee since I was not responsible for the hotel not having the room. In turn I had to struggle to find somewhere else to stay during the duration of my visit to Rochester . I also checked my bank account and see that I was charged a fee even though I was told that I would not be charged. I am upset"

"Clean New hotel. Room/bed was fine. Good location for me; decent free continental breakfast. Overall pleasant experience; fair price. I’d definitely stay again. Food and shopping nearby. Great simple basics you need in a hotel stay if you don’t require fancy!"

"We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work."
