「Amazing service very welcoming」

「Hotel address on the itinerary did not show car navi. I asked several people to find the place.」

I asked the man on reception if it was ok for my 16 year old son to come into the bar with me to watch the live band- he was very stern and said he would turn a blind eye and my son would not be allowed alcohol and that they would be ‘watching’!! 「The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. 「Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.」
