I’ll start by saying the house was very clean and tidy. I was disappointed with how cold the pool was. Yes, I know the weather was chilly but we had other family in the area that rented a house and their pool was 10-15 degrees warmer. The living room/kitchen area was nice and open but living room could use another couch or recliners for additional seating. We did have issues with the plumbing/septic but the issue was resolved within a few hours. Overall the house was newly updated and clean.

The house was very nice and very clean. We had an issue with the water heater in the host. Had it fixed by the next morning. We were very impressed, we plan to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Disappointment due to safety hazard

Unfortunately, we encountered a safety hazard upon check-in and could not stay at the property. The front door had a greater than one inch opening at the bottom. We have family members that are terrified of the potential that something could have crawled into the home through the opening and was somewhere in the house. We know there are venomous snakes around the area. We also had something jump/crawl into our previous rental, so our concerns were not baseless. We immediately left the property and requested a refund. Unfortunately the owner did not honor our request for a refund even though we explained that we cannot stay and that fixing the door opening at this point would not guarantee there is nothing hiding in the house.Additionally, we felt that some things about the property did not match the description/photos fully. The pool had dark spots on the bottom and also debris. The photos of the house do not show the front exterior. The house is on a different, older and less residential street than what we assumed when booking. We hope your experience with the property will be better than ours. Also, we recommend learning more about the VRBO's Book With Confidence guarantee, turns out that if we would have called VRBO and booked another property with them, we would not have to double pay.

Braves Spring Training

This place was perfect for me and my two adult sons. The sectional sofa was awesome, with three different recliners built in. The house remodel was well done. The bathroom showers, laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, and pool were perfect—except the pool was a little chilly. It is March, however. We will definitely stay here again next year if we come back for Braves Spring Training.

Beautiful Convenient Home

We loved our stay at this "so fancy" (according to the kids) really well-taken care of home. It was immaculately clean and spacious, we loved hanging out in the kitchen and pool. Very centrally located and just a few minutes to Target and lots of restaurants. We even got ideas for our own homes and left with serious laundry room jealousy!

We enjoyed our stay at the "Modern House." It is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. We highly recommend this property.

Nice updates house. Good location. Nice pool and patio. Only negatives were no fire pit as the pictures showed and “heated” pool never got above 70.
