Your beach vacation begins at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, in WaterPointe II, #201. Updated laminate flooring in the main and family room. The condo is a desirable END unit on the 2nd floor, which means more space, more windows, more SC sunshine! Access the balcony from both the living room and the main bedroom for miles of views; even the 3rd bedroom has large windows for ocean views. The living room includes sofa sleeper (Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV.

Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. Kitchen updates include: paint, appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, lighting, quartz counter top, sink, faucet, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit, plus extra counter space.

The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.
Main Bedroom offers a King bed, private updated bathroom, flat screen TV, and new mirrored closet doors that open and close with ease.
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed; flat screen TV, corner window, mirrored closet doors.
Bedroom #3: Twin beds, flat screen TV, wide double window with ocean views.

WaterPointe II is complete with outdoor amenities: Oceanfront pool and sun deck; indoor pool + hot tub, 2 charcoal grills, gym located on the 2nd floor. It is ideally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach with family communities, a local park, surrounding natural marsh setting and bicycle friendly neighborhood streets. Great beaches offer lifeguard stands, rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach thru NMB city parks services, right in front of the WaterPointe building (in-season). If you don't want to hit the beach, relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, or the expansive sundeck.

Great weekend getaway.

This property met all of the needs for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals if we wanted to. Beds were very comfortable and ready to go. There’s not a lot of parking spaces at the building, so we parked across the street for our stay. There was hardly any traffic on the road, so we never had to wait to cross the street. We did wish that there was a keyless entry option, so that we did not have to stop at the rental office.

We had not visited North Myrtle before and this location is very convenient to restaurants and activities. The beach here is great - not crowded most days (it did get crowded on the 4th of July but that was it) - and the waves were powerful enough to play in but no so crazy the 9 year old couldn't have fun.The complex was in good shape. The pools were not huge, but big enough that the kids could spend a while playing in them and not get bored. Having the option to bounce back and forth between indoor and outdoor was great - especially after a while at the beach. The walk to the beach was probably the shortest of any place I've ever stayed. It couldn't be more convenient. And parking is onsite or just across the small street making it easy to get beach items from the car when needed.The unit was in good shape for a beach rental. There were some little things: a broken drawer in the dresser, a chair that wobbled; but overall everything was maintained and in working order. You have to keep the loads in the washing machine pretty small, just as a heads up, so pack extra detergent.

Very enjoyable stay. Kids loved the pool and beach. There was no hair dryer, I have not stayed anywhere lately that did not have a hair dryer. Also, one roll of TP in each bathroom is not enough for 5 people for 6 days!
