気になった点 : 清潔度
It is not well maintained. A lot of things need a little attention, general maintenance. The bigger issues is what I’m upset about. The pool wasn’t clean or circulating water. We had to call several times and get someone out there. The pool guy told me they were aware of the problem and chose not to properly address it.The deck on the top floor was unsafe to be on. There were uneven places and boards, my son cut his toe open. But rain came in around the door to the porch. So when we got to looking at where it was leaking we could see where the porch was pulling away from the house. They sent out a maintenance man who was going to wrap caution tape around it, he said it wasn’t safe to be out there on it. We told him we would not be back out there. Then downstairs the rain came in at the ceiling and ran down the wall behind the sofa. So maybe you will understand why I’m just a bit upset. I feel very strongly that I should get at least a third of my money back.
