Not a ton to review here. The place has the things you need for a stay, much more than you'd find at a hotel. (unless you're looking for someone to cook your breakfast! )
The proximity to the beach was fantastic; a short elevator ride.
The building was quiet, not like a hotel.
All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom.
In other reviews I saw some complaints:
The dishwasher does work if you read that it doesn't; it looked new.
The balcony was very useable. Looked to be newly painted and there were no problems with the furniture or the door.
Negatives:
The master bedroom ceiling fan only blows up, not down at the bed and was very wobbly and noisy. We didn't use it. The mgmt company had someone over within a couple of hours to look at it though.
The cleaning company could be more thorough. But I've checked into worse, nothing that should make you stay away from this place.
Parking is tight. The overflow lot is just across and down the street though, not far.
The dumpster for garbage is behind that overflow parking, not super convenient, but again, not far.
It is older and could use some updating. But everything worked, nothing was broken down and/or unuseable.
These negatives are just so you are informed and not meant to be critical of the property or the management co.
I really liked this place. It was a last minute find and worked out great for us. I would stay here again.
